We offer curbside pick up and drop off. Please text when you arrive and I will be out as soon as I can.

All dogs MUST BE UP TO DATE ON RABIES VACCINATION and must provide proof before any service will be performed. Feel free to have your vet email verification ahead of time or bring in a copy at drop off. Our Email is PinkPawSpa@gmail.com

Bordetella is not required but recommended.

 

All dogs must be on a leash or in a kennel. This is to keep the dog safe and under control. If you forgot your leash feel free to ask to borrow one.

 

Please walk your dog before dropping it off so that it has a chance to relieve itself.

 

Please call and let us know if you are running late, We are by appointment only so when we schedule an appointment for you we are setting aside a certain amount of time just for your dog and may have to reschedule to give your pup the full attention he or she deserves. Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a No Show and will incur a No Show Fee

Please be prompt in picking up your dog or let us know as soon as possible if your pup needs to extend their visit , we reserve the right to charge a late pick up fee when dogs are left longer than 30 mins after being notified that your dog is ready.
